MAXIMUM ADULT SIZE: 18-24"
DIET: Live or frozen thawed fuzzie mice
HABITAT: They are avid burrowers, so provide a substrate of coconut bark or cypress mulch at least 2” deep. A small, heavy bowl of fresh water and 2 shelters (one on warm side, one on cool side), such as a hollow log or concave rock or plastic “cave” are the essential pieces of cage furniture. Temperature range can vary from upper 60s (night) to mid 80s (day). They may require some extra misting for higher humidity, but watch for mold or fungus due to too much misting and too little ventilation.
