Shipping and Terms


We ship your reptile in a labeled box with styrofoam inserts to help maintain even temperatures throughout shipping legs. We may add a heat pack, ice pack, or CYROPAK, depending on the situation and per specific order may vary based on 15 years of shipping knowledge. 

Hold For pickup locations are determined by your zipcode. Below is how to find closest location if your temperatures are below 40f low and higher then 90f high for the day. 

Live Animal Shipping: All live animals are shipped using FedEx overnight shipping.  The selection is made at check out. Live animals are only shipped Monday-WED FedEx overnight shipping is $59.99 regardless of the quantity of live animals purchased. Live animals are shipped within the United States only. There are no extra fees, everything is included including if needed heat packs, cryo packs, ice packs, more styrofoam, etc

Please be certain that someone will be available to pickup the package at FedEx  when package is arrives or guarantee is void. 


Monday arrives Tuesday

Tuesday arrives Wed.

Wed Arrives Thurs.

If you order after 2pm monday, will ship Monday to arrive Tuesday.

If you order Friday, Saturday, Sunday should ship Monday. 

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS NOT FULFILLMENT TIME! We fulfill your order usually in a day or two, and ONCE IT IS FULFILLED, then we ship and it will arrive overnight. 

Tracking numbers will be emailed after 6pm est 


Hold for pickup can be requested or mandatory depending on temperatures. 

This center is a FedEx facility that is NOT a kinkos, fedex office, WALGREENS, or pakmail, etc- its an official FEDEX SHIP CENTER.

Once you order don't worry we will do that all for you, but if you are curious, that is how we find the closest FedEx that accepts animals for pickup. 

There are NO REFUNDS unless there was an inventory error and it was out of stock. No cancellation fee will apply to those items. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Delayed or DOA packages automatically AGREED UPON if you PURCHASe FROM US:

There are no REFUNDS on shipping fees if FedEx is delayed or late. 

In the extremely rare event of a DOA animal,  please notify us within 2 hours of receiving it and do not dispose of it till you hear from us. 

There are NO refunds for refused packages.

Please Read: Due to the heavy volume of business some animals or products may not be in stock at the time of your purchase. You will be notified if there are any problems with your order.  Items that are in stock will ship the same or next business day.  Please provide us with the best contact phone number and e-mail address so that we can quickly contact you if needed.


No returns on animals or Frozen Rodents.

Returns on Dry goods only in unopened packaging, at buyers expense for store credit only.

THERE IS A $10 CANCELLATION FEE FOR ALL ORDERS - fee is waived for out of stock items. We do not refund for weather conditions! We hold your order till it is safe to ship.
