we received are baby in great shape and couldn't be happier with him/her.. really looking forward to them being back in stock so i can get it a friend.. great people to work with when it came to shipping it was cold here and we needed to pick it up a few towns over at fed ex and all that went very well

Tortoise
Traveling was probably not very good, the box was marked parishable in large letters and live reptile in small letters, we got charged overnight pricing and that didn't happen. When it did arrive the fed ex person had no clue it was a live animal...what do you think the package handlers thought as they were throwing boxs around a truck and then an airplane.....Mike said we could get a in store credit for the shipping....this never happened
