DESCRIPTION: We have Steppe Runners available now. These are awesome new animals that will eat mealworms right out of your hand. They are a great beginner pet because of their friendly nature.
MAXIMUM ADULT SIZE: The maximum adult size for a Steppe runner is 6"
DIET: Steppe Runners are insectivores and like to eat crickets and mealworms dusted in calcium with D3 and reptivite.
HABITAT: A 10 gallon or larger terrarium with a screen lid. Steppe runners need a basking spot of 90-100 degrees. They also require a UVA/UVB bulb, a water dish , a small dish for mealworms, and a hide hut. The substrate can be sani-chips or a reptile approved sand. Sani-chips is our first choice.
