DESCRIPTION:
MAXIMUM ADULT SIZE: 36 - 40"
DIET: Variety of insects and small mice, plus small amounts of vegetation.
HABITAT: Provide a large cage and water bowl, and a substrate of cypress mulch or orchid bark. Cork bark or rocks, plus branches and live or imitation plants will supply basking, climbing, and hiding places. Provide full spectrum lighting with UVB if natural, unfiltered sunlight is not available to lizards. Temperature gradients should range from 75F - 80F (cool side) to 90F (warm side), about 5 - 10 degrees cooler at night. From tropical rainforests - misting may be needed to maintain humidity.
ORIGIN: Southeast Asian tropical rain forests.
