The photo is of an adult Ambanja, the juveniles are not as colored yet, but develop full color at 6-7 months! Females do not have colors, but are a neat pink and orange color
MAXIMUM ADULT SIZE: Males around 16 inches, Females around 12 inches
HABITAT: We recommend keeping them in an all screen cage The ambient temperature should be in the mid 80's during the day with a night time drop in the 70's. Provide plastic or live plants with plenty of horizontal branches or vines for climbing. Chameleons don't drink out of traditional water bowls. For hydration spray the leaves in the cage twice a day with a spray bottle or mister. Free range the insects within the cage so it's natural for them to hunt.
