SCIENTIFIC NAME: Phyllomedusa sauvagei
DESCRIPTION: We have several CB Baby Waxy Frogs. These are incredible arboreal frogs that like to bask. Waxy Monkey Tree frogs require a large water dish for soaking themselves in. These frogs make great display animals!
MAXIMUM ADULT SIZE: Up to 3.5"
DIET: Appropriately sized crickets. These particular frogs we have in stock are eating 1/2" to 3/4" Live Crickets which are available in our Food and Feeders Section.
HABITAT: Aquarium or similar cage with cypress mulch or or coco fiber substrate. Live plants and climbing branches. Large water bowl or water area required. Temperatures range from 80 - 90F with relatively low humidity.
ORIGIN: Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, and Paraguay
