ReptMart Live Arrival Guarantee
ReptMart provides a Live Arrival Guarantee on all live reptiles purchased through our website. Every order is shipped with the greatest care to ensure your animal arrives healthy and safe.
Delivery Requirements

All packages must be signed for on the first delivery attempt — this is required for the guarantee to remain valid.

Live reptiles are shipped overnight Monday through Thursday, with deliveries arriving Tuesday through Friday.

If weather or transit conditions make shipping unsafe, our team will contact you to reschedule or arrange alternate delivery.
Temperature Guidelines

If night temperatures are below 40°F or daytime highs exceed 90°F, your order will be marked Hold for Pickup at the nearest FedEx Ship Center.

We’ll contact you to confirm the date, location, and time for pickup.

Packages must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival at FedEx to maintain the Live Arrival Guarantee.
Guarantee Policy

All claims must be made within 2 hours of receiving your animal.

Do not dispose of the animal until you’ve contacted us for instructions and verification.

We also include a 7-day health guarantee for added confidence.

Any concerns about your order must be reported immediately upon arrival — delays may void coverage.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges after the 7-day health period.

ReptMart reserves the right to refuse any sale at our discretion.
