desert kingsnake and 50x frozen pinky mice
This was my first purchase from Reptmart. The frozen pinkies arrived by FedEx overnight, well packed in an insulated box and still frozen hard as a rock. All good. The Desert Kingsnake was shipped separately (obviously) and was delayed due to some circumstance that was not related to Reptmart. He arrived 2 days after shipping versus 1 day, but was in fine shape nonetheless. He was well packed in a vented deli cup inside an insulated box. He was neither hot or cold upon arrival, even after 2 days in transit. He is a beautiful animal, seemingly identical in appearance to the website picture, and seems to be as heathly as can be. I gave him a couple days to acclimate to new surroundings and he then took down 2 thawed pinkies without hesitation. I am quite pleased and will not hesitate to do business with Reptmart again.
