DESCRIPTION: CB Babies
MAXIMUM ADULT SIZE: 6 - 8" Females much larger than males.
DIET: Babies more carnivorous than adults. Feed turtle or trout chow, or fish or insects, plus dark, leafy greens or safe aquatic plants.
HABITAT: Large tank, plastic pond, or or other container of water kept clean with proper filtration and cleaning. River rocks can be used for substrate, but it is easier to clean without substrate. Water temp 72 - 80F. Dry basking area with temp of up to 90F with unfiltered sunlight or UV light during daytime.
