Perfect Experience
Our corn snake shipped the day of order and arrived before noon the next day. She is healthy and true to the website photo. My son is over the moon! My only complaint is the failure to respond to a "contact us" email.

Ordering , shipping and condition of snake was great. Fedex had some issues and thank goodness we got him alive. The cold pack was warm and the poor snake was panting. He hid in the enclosure for about 3 days and came out exploring like a kid! He was ok with handling and had no issues. He ate well, with some enticing but 1st feeding (frozen pinkie, he was last fed live) went well. Overall the kiddos are happy. No complaints here except from fedex. Priority overnight and didn't receive him until 430 that afternoon.
