ReptMart does not accept returns on live animal purchases unless the animal was dead on arrival or sick. Please see our Live Arrival Guarantee for more information

 

Any products damaged by the carrier service must be handled through the carrier. Products with any other damages must be returned in their original packaging and with all original paperwork and documents within 15 days of delivery. ReptMart will cover shipping costs to send replacement supplies but the buyer is responsible for shipping expenses to return damaged products.

 

Light bulbs, vitamins and other supplements, food items, heat tape, books and wood products are not eligible for return. All other products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. While no restocking fee will be assessed for returned products, you are responsible for shipping on returned products. ReptMart is not responsible for loses or damages during shipping on returned items.

 

Any products shipped to ReptMart collect will be refused.
